Built to a hospitality brief, treated with a conservative hand

Clinical director and owner Dr Jabir Kazi built this studio to a standard borrowed from Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hoteliers, and the practice in the South Tower at Deansgate Square reads more like a boutique spa than a surgery, down to the bean-to-cup coffee at reception. The clinical instinct beneath is conservative: the team practises biomimetic dentistry — preserve intact tooth structure, restore strength through adhesion, and reach for an onlay before a full crown.

Treatments

Preventive and general care: examinations, hygiene, Airflow polishing, white fillings, mouth cancer screening. Restorative and prosthodontic work is the strong suit: inlays and onlays, crowns, bridges, dentures, implant-retained dentures, root canal treatment and retreatment. Implants range from a single tooth to full arch, with an oral surgeon for difficult extractions. Straightening runs on Invisalign and SureSmile, 4D aligners included. Cosmetic work covers composite bonding, veneers and Boutique whitening. Same-day emergency assessment and IV sedation are available.

Technology

An in-house CEREC unit mills crowns and onlays on site, so a prepared tooth can be restored at the same visit instead of a fortnight under a temporary. Digital scanning replaces impression material, CBCT imaging is taken on the premises for implant and endodontic planning, and the studio runs Dentsply Sirona, Invisalign and SureSmile systems.
